New Post= New icons! [EDITED] Forum_new

No New Posts= New icons! [EDITED] Forum_old_lock

Locked Topic= New icons! [EDITED] Locked_topic_Icon

(The locked needs work)

i dont care the symbol in the locked one was my original locked topic now it just matches everything else
